As a part of ongoing efforts to increase membership recruitment and retention, I have led an overhaul on all social channels to increase engagement with our initiatives and events. This has driven major social growth across platforms, increasing Instagram reach by 736.5% and boosting Facebook views by 529%, interactions by 548%, engagement by 3,000%+, and gaining 60 new followers since the new strategy began.
For 3 years, I led the planning and execution of the NJPN Annual Peer Summit, overseeing all aspects of the event and driving its success from concept to delivery. In addition to coordinating logistics and programming, I developed and implemented the full marketing and social media strategy- crafting targeted content, managing promotion across platforms, and ensuring strong engagement before, during, and after the event. This hands-on leadership role showcased my ability to deliver impactful, community-focused events with a clear digital voice.
I provided strategic social media support for the NJPN Annual Conference, creating and scheduling engaging content to promote the event, highlight key speakers, and encourage audience interaction. My work included promoting upcoming trainings, highlighting professional development opportunities, and maintaining consistent, engaging content to support participant growth and program visibility across digital platforms.
